Once the deposit has been received, your booking will be secured. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours, a full refund will be given. The remaining balance is payable 5 days prior to the party. If there are less children at the party, you will be refunded the difference so you don't need to worry if there are any no-shows on the day. Adverse Weather Notice! Unfortunately there may be rare occasions where due to ice, snow, strong winds, flooding etc that I will not be able to get to you for your party. I will try to get to you no matter what as I hate to let anybody down - especially children on their birthdays! Unfortunately my fairy magic doesn't stretch far enough to sort the weather and there might be times I can't get out to you safely. In the event that I cannot get to you for your party, I will contact you at the earliest opportunity that I can to inform you. Unfortunately for those who have morning parties, this could mean only a couple of hours notice for which I deeply apologise for in advance. If this does happen you can choose to have a full refund of any money paid including the deposit, or I will reschedule your party with a discounted rate for the inconvenience. pink candyfloss mocktails pink nails, glitter tattoos and glitter hair decorating heart sunglasses games and prizes fashion show Pretty in Pink party For the girls who LOVE pink, this is the perfect pink and sparkly party for her and her friends! The Party... On arrival everybody will be shown in to the pink pampering area complete with a cosy corner with snuggly squishmellows, cushions, throws, sweets and games/ activity pages/ colouring. The birthday girl will receive a pink sparkly birthday headband and everyone will receive a glass of pink champagne. We will then get to know each other with some questions such as everyone's favourite hobbies and colours! Each person will then have pink nail polish on their fingers, followed by a pink glitter tattoo of their choice. They will then receive pink glitter roots for their hair. While everyone is waiting their turn, they will decorate their own pink heart shaped sunglasses which they will then show off at the end of the party at the fashion show and of course keep their creations! Once everyone has had their turn, we will then play a selection of games until the end of the party where we will have the fashion show where everyone will of course win a prize and a certificate. The birthday girl will receive a beautiful mermaid crown to keep and all of the children can choose a beautiful mermaid soft toy who they will give them a name and a magical power to and look after for the duration of the party. The mini mermaids will take it in turns to have their fingernails painted, some sparkle dust on their eyes and pink lipstick, while the rest of the group will decorate their own special seashells from the magical mermaid sea ready for the dazzling parade at the end of the party! The Party... Yo ur Birthday Princess will receive a Royal treatment on the pamper cushion where she and her Fairy fri ends will be pampered by Bekki Boo ! Fairy pampering includes sparkly eye dust, pink sparkly lipstick and polished fingernails. To make each Fairy Princess feel extra special each guest is provided with beautiful fairy wings to wear for the party that have been sprinkled with real fairy dust! Hopefully the little fairies won't fly away! The Birthday girl will look Dazzling in her own Tiara and magic wand that she will keep, which also includes a very special magic birthday wish! The fairies will take it in turns to receive their pamper, while the rest of the group will decorate their own crowns ready for the dazzling parade at the end of the party! Once everyone has finished their crowns and pamper, we will then be ready for the party games! Magical Treasure Hunt: Each Fairy Princess is given her very own treasure bag to collect the hidden magical treasure - Can be played either in the garden or in the home Musical Fairies: Bekki Boo's take on Musical statues however when the music stops instead of staying still they have to pose however she says. Caution- may contain dinosoars, elephants and crazy frogs!! Group circle games: A selection of games with prizes will be played until the fairy wand parade at the end of the party. Everybody will then be fitted with a princess tiara and the birthday girl will get a special birthday tiara to keep. We will then get to know each other with some questions such as everyone's favourite hobbies and colours! The children will then be given yummy products to put on their feet including scrumptious foot scrub and body buttercream. Once the foot pampering has finished it is time for everyone to take in turns on the pink pamper couch for their make up. Each person will be able to choose from a selection of nail polishes for their fingers or toes (the birthday girls can choose both fingers and toes to be painted), eye shadow and eye sparkle dust and a lipstick. The rest of the group will play group circle games while they are waiting their turn on the pamper couch! (Chocolate is included!) They will then take it in turns to have a dazzling glitter tattoo which lasts up to ten days and then have some glitter roots in their hair (washes out) Once everyone has been dazzlefied, they will then play group circle games until the end of the party where there will be a dance / pose challenge where everyone wins a prize. All children receive a certificate for attending the pamper party. The Price... £120 for 4 children (1hr) Please allow more time for extra children (Will advise on booking) Additional guests can be added for £17.50 each. Suitable for children aged 7-13 *please ask guests to remove nail polish before the party Things needed for your party… ⭐️Parking space outside or very close to your home ⭐️Access to hot and cold water for the foot pampering ⭐️Somewhere for the girls to sit for their foot pampering (usually sofas are best) ⭐️Enough space for the girls to sit in a circle on the floor for the games ⭐️Enough space for the pamper couch (portable massage table) Absolutely everything is provided for the party so mums and dads only need to think about the food (if you are doing any) All that is needed for the party is somewhere for the princesses to sit (usually a sofa is best) and also access to hot and cold water. The Party... On arrival the guests will be shown in to the pampering area complete with a cosy corner with snuggly squishmellows, cushions and throws, sweets & games/colouring books & activity pages, they will be fitted with a snuggly robe and receive a glass of non-alcoholic champagne to kick-start their Sassy Slumber Party! We will then giggle our way through the introductions as everybody sips their champagne and relax while being provided with bowls and towels and soak their feet in the sparkly rainbow water! The giggling guests will then be given some yummy feet treats including scrumptious foot scrub and yummy foot buttercream. Once the feet have had their treat the girls will then chill out in the cosy corner with big squishy soft cushions and throws, play some games, fluffy eye masks and sweets and treats! The girls get to keep their eye masks of course! All children receive a special certificate for attending the pamper party! They will then take it in turns to have their fingernails painted as well as choosing a lovely glitter tattoo of their choice (lasts up to ten days) Once everyone has had their nails painted and tattoos, we will then play a selection of games until the end of the party where we will have a sassy strut-off where everyone will win a prize! As the OG pamper party provider in Devon & Cornwall (Over 17 years ago!!) I absolutely adore what I do and take pride in doing my very best to uphold my excellent customer service record. (You can read a snippet of almost 400 reviews online!) There are lots of pamper party companies about nowadays, but Dazzling Pamper Parties is a unique party experience where the children are engaged throughout using a variety of games and activities and parents don't have to lift a finger. I am an award-winning activities co-ordinator with a wealth of knowledge and expertise on engaging children. I am also highly experienced with working with children with additional needs, which is why my parties are designed to be inclusive for children who may not usually enjoy a social party environment. I know how special each child’s birthday is, both for them and you as their parent. That’s why I combine my passion for parties, fun & creativity to deliver lovely, high-quality party experiences that you’ll love and hopefully come back again in the future! How many children do you cater for? All of the parties are available for a minimum of four children (although if less then I will add extras to make up for the fourth child) and a maximum of twelve children inclusive of the birthday child. What areas do you cover? I am located in Bovey Tracey in Devon and can travel up to 50 miles maximum. Locations outside of ten miles from Bovey Tracey will incur a travel supplement which will be quoted upon enquiry. Where can you carry out my party? I can carry out your child’s party at your home or at your chosen venue. I bring everything I need to set up and host your child’s party. If hiring a venue I recommend a smaller venue with parking facilities. Can you carry out the party outside? Yes that's not a problem depending on the weather. For parties taking place outside, I kindly request that a form of shelter is provided in case of rain or hot, sunny weather and a cover of some sort such as tarpoling or heavy duty blankets are placed on the ground. How much do your parties cost? The party packages have different costs, so it is best to click on the individual package pages for full party details. What if there are any children attending with allergies or skin conditions? That is absolutely no problem at all! If you could let me know as far in advance as possible of the allergy/condition I can make adaptations where possible. I have consent forms that can be printed off from the 'Invitations' page. These can be signed by parents, however I am happy to have verbal confirmation too. Do you take photographs at the parties? No I do not take photos at the parties. Firstly I don't have time during the party to take photos, but also gaining consent for sharing photos can be a bit of a mine field, so I prefer not to take photos. There may be occasions for advertising purposes I may select a party to take photos. In this instance I will gain consent from all parents beforehand. I am of course happy for parents to take photos of the parties and would love to share your photos if you're happy for me to post on social media afterwards. Do you have public liability insurance? Yes I am insured for £1,000,000. Are you DBS certified? Yes - I have a full DBS. I also work with vulnerable adults when I'm not partying, so you can trust that your children are in the safest hands. What days are you available for parties? I am available for parties on Saturday mornings and afternoons. I do have limited availability on Fridays after school and Sunday mornings. How long do the parties take? The party packages start from one hour for four children and can last up to two hours depending on which party package you select and how many children are at the party. Each party page will include details of how long your party will last. I will also confirm these details on booking. The parties are designed to include non-stop fun, so please allow extra time at the end if you would like to do any food/ cake. What time will you arrive to set up? I will arrive between 30mins and 15mins before the party to set up depending on the party package you have selected. I will advise this time on booking. Who will be running the party? It will be just me Bex (Bekki Boo). After 17 years of specialising in the parties, I have the perfect format so it will be stress-free for parents and lots of fun for the children! What are the minimum and maximum ages for the children attending? I have two categories for the parties; this is to ensure that the children will get the most engagement and enjoyment from the party based on their age. The minimum age for a guest is 3 and the maximum age is dependent on the individual but I would say 13. The Wonderland parties are suitable for ages 4-9 and the Pamper parties are suitable for ages 7-13. Although these age guidelines are in place, a couple of younger or older children at the party won't be a problem. (For example the birthday child turning 7 but the rest of the girls are 6 going on 7) How much space will you need for the party? This depends on the party package you have selected. For most of the parties I will just need an area of a room (usually a front room/ conservatory) for the children to sit in a circle on the floor with either the craft blanket/ cosy corner. I will need seating for the children such as sofas if you choose a party which included the foot pampering. Each party package will include details of what I will need. Do you need me to provide anything? For most of the parties I will not need anything other than space/ seating. For the parties which include foot pampering I will just need access to hot and cold water. For the Wonderland parties, I will need 5 minutes about halfway through the party to hide the treasure without the children peeking. If you could take them to a different room for a quick drink/ toilet break, that would be perfect. Do you provide decorations? I don’t provide additional decorations for your room. Do you provide food or drinks? I don’t provide any food or cakes, only the things that are included in your chosen party packages such as pink champagne or sweets and chocolate. Each party package page will have information on what is provided for the party. Do I have to pay a deposit or pay in full? A £30 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. Once you have confirmed your party booking, I will send you an email with all of the payment details. What happens if children don't turn up on the day and I have already paid for them? Please do not worry if this happens. You will only pay for the number on the day. The minimum number is four children, so if you book for 12 and only four are present on the day, a full refund of the additional children will be sent to you after the party. I don't believe in charging for children who don't attend - it isn't your fault so you won't be charged. Can I change my party date after I book? Of course! I do get booked up pretty quickly so the more notice you give, the better chance I will have to accommodate you on the new party date, or as close to it as possible. What if I want to cancel my booking? The £30 deposit is only refundable if you cancel within 48hours of booking. If you have paid anymore than that you will be fully refunded.
