PARTY ENQUIRY FORM
Once you are happy with your party confirmation details, there is a non- refundable deposit of £30 payable. Once the deposit has been received, your booking will be secured. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours, a full refund will be given.
The remaining balance is payable 5 days prior to the party. If there are less children at the party, you will be refunded the difference so you don't need to worry if there are any no-shows on the day.
Adverse Weather Notice!
Unfortunately there may be rare occasions where due to ice, snow, strong winds, flooding etc that I will not be able to get to you for your party. I will try to get to you no matter what as I hate to let anybody down - especially children on their birthdays!
Unfortunately my fairy magic doesn't stretch far enough to sort the weather and there might be times I can't get out to you safely.
In the event that I cannot get to you for your party, I will contact you at the earliest opportunity that I can to inform you. Unfortunately for those who have morning parties, this could mean only a couple of hours notice for which I deeply apologise for in advance.
If this does happen you can choose to have a full refund of any money paid including the deposit, or I will reschedule your party with a discounted rate for the inconvenience. You can also choose to have a bespoke pamper box made with the deposit already paid.
