1. Why book a Dazzling Pamper Party?

At Dazzling Pamper Parties, I've been creating memorable, engaging and fun children’s parties for over 17 years. My experience, energy, and focus on inclusive play makes Dazzling Pamper Parties stand out from other party providers. Parents love that they don’t have to lift a finger — and children love the games, activities and themed pampering experiences. 2. How many children do you cater for?

I host parties for a minimum of 4 children (and if fewer attend, I adjust activities to suit) up to a maximum of 12 children (including the birthday child).

 

3. What party areas do you cover?

I am based in Bovey Tracey, Devon, and cover most of Devon and surrounding towns within a 50-mile radius. Beyond 10 miles, a small travel supplement may apply — this is quoted at enquiry.

 

4. Where can the party take place?

Your party can be held at:

 

  • Your home

  • Your chosen venue (I recommend a small venue with parking)

 

I bring everything needed to host the party!

5. Can the party be outside?

Yes! Parties can be held outside weather-permitting, but I ask that a sheltered area (e.g., gazebo, cover) be provided in case of rain or strong sun.

6. How much do your parties cost?

7. What if guests have allergies or skin conditions?

No problem — I accommodate children with allergies or sensitive skin. Just let me know in advance so I  can adapt activities as needed.

 

8. Do you take photographs at parties?

I don’t usually take photos during the party to avoid consent issues, but you are welcome to take photos and share them with me on social media!

9. Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes! I hold £1,000,000 public liability insurance and am fully DBS certified, ensuring your child’s safety and your peace of mind. I also helpful documents for party planning and preparation — consent forms, invitations and more for your Dazzling Pamper Party. 

 

10. What days and times are you available?

I usually host parties on Saturday mornings and afternoons, with limited availability Friday evenings and Sunday mornings.

 

11. How long does a party last?

Party durations vary by package — typically 1–2 hours. Full details are on each party page, and timing is confirmed at booking.

 

12. When will you arrive to set up?

I arrive 15–30 minutes before the party to set up, depending on the package selected.

 

13. Who runs the party?

All parties are hosted by me - Bex (Bekki Boo) — an experienced party coordinator with over 17 years of expertise in children’s events.

 

14. What ages do you cater for?

I have two party ranges:

 

I am flexible — a few slightly younger or older guests are usually fine.

 

15. How much space do you need?

Space requirements vary by package, but most need just a room area with seating for children and access to hot and cold water for pamper activities.

16. Do you provide decorations?

I don’t provide additional decorations — I focus on the activities and bring all equipment needed for the party experience itself.

17. Do you provide food or drink?

I don’t include food or cake in my packages, but sweet treats and themed items included in the party are detailed on each individual package page.

 

18. Do I need to pay a deposit?

A £30 non-refundable deposit secures your party booking. Once booked, you’ll receive full payment details by email.

 

19. What happens if children don’t attend on the day?

I only charge for the children who attend. Your minimum remains 4 children, so if fewer attend, you’re only charged for those present.

20. Can I change my party date after booking?

Yes! I am happy to reschedule where possible — the earlier you let me know, the better.

21. What if I need to cancel?

Your £30 deposit is refundable only if cancelled within 48 hours. After that, full refund terms apply.
