The Party... On arrival everybody will be shown to the seating area where everybody will be provided with a towel and foot pamper bowl which has been sprinkled with magical rainbow dust to make the water smell yummy ready for their feet! We will then get to know each other with some questions such as everyone's favourite hobbies and colours! ​ The children will then be given yummy products to put on their feet including scrumptious foot scrub and body buttercream. ​ Once the foot pampering has finished it is time for everyone to take in turns on the pink pamper couch for their make up. ​ Each person will be able to choose from a selection of nail polishes which they can choose for for their fingers or toes (the birthday girls can choose both fingers and toes to be painted), eye shadow and eye sparkle dust and a lipstick. ​ The rest of the group will play group circle games while they are waiting their turn on the pamper couch! The Party... On arrival the guests will be shown in to the pampering area complete with a cosy corner with snuggly squishmellows, cushions and throws, sweets & games/colouring books & activity pages, they will be fitted with a snuggly robe and headband and receive a glass of non-alcoholic champagne to kick-start their Sassy Slumber Party! We will then giggle our way through the introductions as everybody sips their champagne and relax while being provided with bowls and towels and soak their feet in the sparkly rainbow water! The giggling guests will then be given some yummy feet treats including scrumptious foot scrub and yummy foot buttercream. Once the feet have had their treat the girls will then chill out in the cosy corner with big squishy soft cushions and throws, play some games, eye masks and sweets and treats! The girls get to keep their eye masks of course! All children receive a special certificate for attending the pamper party! The Party... To start the party, everybody is taken to the magic carpet where the Birthday girl and her friends will receive their very own pet unicorn to take care of for the party. They will each decide a magical power as well as give them their very own special name ! The birthday girl receives a special unicorn crown to keep. Then the girls will take in turns to have a sparkly make over including: Sparkly eye glitter Nail polish of their choice Sparkly pink lips ​ Magical Unicorn Treasure hunt: Everybody receives a treasure bag where they can store all of their unicorn- themed treasure finds! Musical Unicorns: Musical statues with a Unicorny twist! When the music stops instead of staying still, everyone has to pose like Simon Says. Caution- may contain dinosoars, elephants and crazy frogs!! Pass the Prize: Bekki Boo is forever losing things! Only this time she has lost a special prize.. the sneaky children are hiding it from her but she must guess who has the prize before it disappears for good! They will each be fitted with a lovely flower lei to keep and receive a tropical mocktail to kick-start their party! Firstly HELLO and THANK YOU for choosing a Dazzling Pamper Party! I live in Devon with my boyfriend Marty, three cats, Munchkin, Purrdy and Cougar and dogs Minnie & Mabel; My favourite colour is rainbow and I eat way too much pizza and sandwiches! I believe laughter can heal wounds that can't be seen and have a crazy shoe obsessions (I have over 100 pairs!) I have been running Dazzling Pamper Parties since 2008. I developed my passion for working with children when I was just 16 and worked as a party and den supervisor at the local children's 'Deep Sea Den'. I would have a whale of a time accidentally falling in the ball pools and loved making the children laugh! I knew that I wanted a career that would make people laugh and feel happy. Fast forward a few years where I had trained for my holistic beauty therapy and teenage beauty specialist diplomas. I quickly realised that although I loved to work within the beauty trade - it still wasn't where my heart was. I then went to University to become a Paediatric Occupational Therapist! It was during my first year placement at the hospital where I started Dazzling Pamper Parties. I knew I wanted to work with children and make them smile. I knew how important social inclusion is for children and how much a party can impact on their friendship groups. I also have had experience first hand at what it is like to hold parties at home for my then step-daughter- and to do everything was incredibly stressful! Dazzling Pamper Parties was designed around being affordable and stress-free for parents whilst being fun for children - and of course making them feel like the special princesses they are! Because they are designed to be carried out at home for groups as small as 4 means that even the more socially distant children can take part and enjoy their party. Once I was up and running the parties became an instant hit! After my second year at Uni I decided my heart was no longer there, however still had a passion for helping people . Fast forward another few years where Dazzling Pamper Parties got struck by Covid. Whilst being unable to provide parties in person, I then started to make pamper boxes for children which has now grown to pamper boxes for adults and teens too! I just absolutely love putting these gorgeous treats together, whilst also supporting other local businesses with their products! During the years I have also worked in care settings as a support worker and enabler and have obtained my DBS certification. As well as being able to help children to enjoy their birthday parties I also worked as an activities and events manager for a local charity working with children and young adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties. After relocating to Bovey Tracey I also changed job as an activities coordinator for a residential home working with older people with dementia. This is equally a rewarding job which I absolutely love! When I'm not busy pampering or working I love spending time with my friends, their children and my family. I love nature and going on lovely walks around the moors and exploring lots of beaches! When i'm not feeling lazy I also love getting out on my bike! I even cycled from Vietnam to Cambodia back in 2013! As well as exploring the local Devon and Cornwall Delights, I love to go on HOLIDAY!! I have been lucky enough to visit lots of places around the globe but there are so many places to explore - i'm just going to keep having fun enjoying as many as I can! Well that's enough about me!
